Lately, every time I get a break for quiet and need to have a soundtrack with the moment, this is the song I play.

"I Will" by the British Songwriter, Chris Eaton.

Homeschool Month 6: Looking for School Room Setup Ideas

I recently rearranged the room where we do most of our indoor learning and discovery.  So there are very little posters, maps, etc.  I'll be starting from scratch again so I'm looking for new ideas and would like to see some pictures of what you have in your learning room, school room, or whatever you call it.  I realize that many of us don't do school in one room only but whatever ideas you can share, please do.

Watching You: Sons are doing exactly what they see Daddy do

My husband sent me this video from the Fathers.com website. Great great great. It immediately led us into a conversation about how the things Daddy says and does, are a direct impact on his son. Actually, both our actions (good and bad) are being watched and can be mimicked by any of our kids. Wow....
